Tithes and Offerings

Financial giving at Hull’s Memorial Baptist Church can generally be divided into two categories: tithes and offerings. The Bible teaches us that we worship the Lord with our tithe, which is ten percent of our income contributed to the church on a regular basis. When we feel called to give over and above our tithe, we do so as an offering.

Ways to Give Financially To HMBC

1) Online Giving

Click on the “Donate” button above to make a secure, private donation to the ministry of HMBC. You may use Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or Electronic Check.

Note on Credit Cards: While we allow the use of credit cards for tithes and offerings, we strongly encourage the use of debit cards rather than credit card because although many pay off their credit cards each month, many also do not.  We do not want to encourage someone to go into debt and pay interest on gifts given to the church.

2) Electronic Bill Pay.

Another method or giving is to set up a recurring payment, perhaps monthly, for a given amount, using the "electronic bill pay" feature of your bank’s online service. The church will be in receipt of a paper check by mail on a regular basis from the your bank. You will need to designate Hull’s Memorial  Baptist Church as a payee in bill pay.

3) Mailed-In Giving

            You may mail your tithe and offering to the church office. Our address is:

4) Sunday Service Giving

As an act of worship at each of our services on Sunday, we have a time of giving. Attendees are welcome to drop their gifts in the offering plates as their humble act of worship.
